"Delivery was fine, I guess"
I did get my order in the end, so at first I was like it’s not a big deal, but actually the tracking was all over the place and it showed up two days late, which was annoying.

"The “Options” Aisle Was Basically Empty"
I thought senior.com would have a decent variety, but the selection was underwhelming. Some categories felt like the “bare minimum department,” and others were more like “good luck finding anything useful.” I kept clicking around expecting basic stuff to show up, but nope. Maybe it works for some people, but I got annoyed and ended up buying somewhere else. Disappointing.

"Shipping took forever and made me nervous"
I ordered a walker and it took almost three weeks to show up. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which had me worried I was getting fooled or that something was going wrong with the order. It did eventually arrive, but the wait was way too long for me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from senior.com again

"Wrong item, missing parts, and a frustrating wait"
I ordered a shower chair for my dad along with extra tips, but what showed up was a completely different model, and the tips weren’t included at all. The really annoying part is that the packing slip clearly listed exactly what I ordered, so I don’t understand how it got messed up.
When I contacted customer service, they asked for photos and more details, which I sent, and then I heard nothing for days. I needed this for my dad, so the delay felt really stressful and disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

"Kind of pricey for what it is"
I checked out senior.com thinking, you know, maybe the prices would be a little better, but a lot of the stuff seemed expensive compared to other places. For what you’re getting, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. I’m sure they might have a few decent items here and there, but overall it felt overpriced. I ended up just looking somewhere else

"Just didn’t feel totally upfront to me"
I was looking at this site one evening after dinner, mostly just trying to compare a few options, and it didn’t really give me a great feeling. The information felt kind of vague, and I couldn’t clearly tell who I was actually dealing with or what was supposed to happen after clicking through different parts of the site. Maybe it works fine for other people and I’m just more cautious than some, but to me it felt a little off and not as transparent as I’d hoped.

"customer service never really helped"
i ordered from senior.com and just had a simple question about my account. i figured it would be an easy thing for customer service to clear up, so i sent them an email.
a few days later, i finally got a reply, but it was super vague and didn’t really answer what i asked. i also tried calling, but I kept getting transferred around and nobody seemed to actually know what was going on.
it felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone. the products might be fine, but the service was frustrating enough that i probably won’t order from them again.

"Fell apart way too fast"
I was shocked by how quickly this broke. It felt cheap right out of the box, but I still expected it to last longer than it did. The whole thing just seems poorly made, and I kept thinking, how is this okay? Definitely not something I’d buy again

"The return process was okay overall, but..."
The return process was okay overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected!!! I did get my refund in the end, so that was good, just wish it had been a bit quicker!!!

"Had a tough time using the site"
I tried finding a product on Senior.com, but i got frustrated quickly. The menus felt all over the place, some pages didn’t load right, and checkout wasn’t very clear. I ended up giving up and shopping somewhere else.
